You can permanently delete your account and personal data in two ways:
Open the VHRP Connect app → Profile tab → Delete Account → confirm. Your account, membership record, digital ID card, Aadhaar details, photos and complaints are deleted immediately.
Enter the email or phone number you used in the app. Our team will verify the request and delete your data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation at the address you provide.
What is deleted: account, membership record, digital ID card, Aadhaar number and card images, portrait photo, complaints and event RSVPs. What is retained: payment records (order/payment IDs and amounts), which we must keep for legal and accounting purposes.
